Moog introduces the Moog Servo Controller (MSCIII), a multi-axis, multi-purpose industrial motion controller for hydraulic, hybrid and electric motion control systems and applications with analog or digital interfaces. With integrated IO for up to four simulated hydraulic shafts and additional fieldbus connectivity options, it provides flexible, fast and precise position, speed and force control even in the most demanding applications.

The D138-002-002 is a freely programmable servo controller with integrated PLC function, belonging to the M3000 series.

MSC l motion controllers provide high-resolution analog input/output and position sensor interfaces. They are designed for fast and accurate closed-loop control of both axes. The MSC l motion controller is best suited for applications where one or two actuators need to be controlled via an analog interface The MSC ll motion controller has multiple fieldbus interfaces and four position sensor interfaces. It is designed for closed-loop control with or without profile generation of multiple electric or hydraulic shafts. The combined capabilities of the MSC I and MSC II motion controllers can be extended with additional high-resolution analytics and digital I/O and communication modules. The expansion module clips to the side of the motion controller and is electronically connected via an internal expansion bus (e-bus).
